Can I pause my subscription?
Sure. When you pause your subscription you simply want to save all your data on the account (your email pitches, your past journalist searches, any replies from journalists), you will not have access to all your past emails with journalists in your account until you re-activate your account with us. If you’re interested in accessing your data while you pause your subscription please click “contact us” below and reference this page with a note saying you’d like access to your data after your pause account, we’ll get back to you and help you setup a specific plan to preserve and access your data..
You account will be inactive for the time being while it’s paused. You will not incur any monthly charges.
You can pause your subscription by navigating to Account on top right and selecting Subscription from the dropdown list. A window will open, click on ‘Pause subscription’ in the lower right corner.
Make sure to fill out a reason of why you’re pausing your subscription on the next page and click “pause” button again.
