How do I cancel my account?

When you cancel your account you want to close out your account and delete all your data on the account (your email pitches, your past journalist searches, any replies from journalists). You do not plan to come back in the future.

You account will completely wiped out from our system. You will not incur any monthly charges going forward.

You can cancel your subscription by navigating to Account on top right and selecting Subscription from the dropdown list. A window will open, click on ‘Pause subscription’ in the lower right corner.

Make sure to fill out a reason of why you’re canceling your subscription on the next page and type “Please cancel my account.” into the field. Click “pause” button again.
